What we collect

To book an appointment: your name, mobile number, the treatment and time you choose, and if you wish, your email and a note.

For a consultation request or the waiting list: your name, phone number, topic and message.

If you create an account, your email or mobile number is kept so you can sign in. This website never takes payment details.

How we use it

Only to arrange, confirm and remind you of appointments, and to get back to you about your request. Your details are never sold or shared for advertising.

To send text messages, your mobile number and the message go to the clinic's SMS provider.

Who can see it

The clinic's reception and physicians. Appointments and requests are kept in the private part of the website and never appear in search or on any public page.

Your treatment records are kept at the clinic under the Medical Council's rules on medical confidentiality.

A treatment result photo appears in the gallery only with the patient's written consent.

Your choices

You can ask to see what the website holds about you, correct it or have it deleted. Call reception on +98 21 8820 0000.

Your language and light or dark preference are stored in your own browser so they stay the same next time.
